Wear The Device

Attach the device to your dominant ankle, not your hand or elsewhere, for accurate data collection.

Start Your Activity

Perfectly attach the device to your dominant ankle (outwards). Then start your activity.

Elevate Your Play

After long-pressing to stop the activity, the app ends the session and returns to the data list. Click the latest data to view your report.

Start Collecting Data

After connecting, click “Play” to create a session, then “Go” to start. A green flashing light indicates the data connection has started.

that data collection has started.

Insert The Tracker

Once green light flashes, insert the
tracker into strap groove with back
side facing you.

Wear The Device

Attach the device on the outside of your dominant ankle, not on
your hand or elsewhere. Correct placement ensures accurate data
collection. Then, start your football activity!

Finish Collecting Data

After your activity, open the app and connect to your device to find your activity record. Upload your data by clicking the L button. The device’s light will flash during the upload process. Once complete, click to end the workout or to keep going.
