These terms apply to all activities between you and Sindio S.R.L. (hereinafter referred to as “SindioSPORT”, “SindioSPORT online store”, “the online store” or “we”). Any order implies acceptance of the general conditions.

SindioSPORT strives to describe the Terms and Conditions in clear and understandable terms. Please read these terms carefully before ordering.
SindioSPORT reserves the right to modify the general conditions at any time and without notice.

1.2 Data accuracy

We make every effort to ensure that the information on this website is complete, accurate and current. Despite all these efforts, some of this data may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. SindioSPORT cannot provide any guarantee as to the completeness, accuracy or timeliness of the information presented on this website.

1.3 Price

All prices mentioned on the SindioSPORT online store are denominated in euros. They all include 21% VAT, but do not include shipping costs.

1.4 Compliance and warranty

We guarantee that our goods are in conformity with your order and that they meet the normal expectations that you may have, taking into account the specifications of the product. We also guarantee, of course, that our goods comply with all the laws in force at the time of your order.
With regard to the delivery of goods, we also apply the minimum legal warranty period of two years if the goods do not comply with the order placed. This guarantee implies that any good which presents defects or faults will be repaired or replaced free of charge up to 2 months after its delivery.
As far as possible and reasonable, you have the choice between repair or replacement. You only have the right to demand a price reduction or termination of the sales contract if the repair or replacement proves to be excessive or impossible or if it cannot be done within a reasonable time.
We ask you to inform us of each defect or defect within two months of the observation. Any defect or defect which becomes apparent within 2 months of delivery is deemed to have existed before delivery, unless we are able to prove the contrary. Beyond 2 months, it is up to you to prove that the defect existed before delivery.

1.5 Condition of the goods

All items offered for purchase in the SindioSPORT online store are brand new and immaculately clean, and have never been worn. All products in the online store are illustrated with photos and accompanied by a clear explanation (brand, description, price, possible promotion, available sizes, washing instructions, etc.).

1.6 Colors

We make every effort to ensure that the colors of the items presented in the online store are in line with reality. Please note, however, that the colors shown in the photos may differ slightly from the actual colors (depending on the screen, brightness, etc.). Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any doubts regarding a color.

1.7 Offer of goods and free choice of order

The presentation of our products in the SindioSPORT online shop is only a non-binding invitation to order goods from us. Sending the order constitutes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
We accept this offer since we deliver the goods. The automatically generated email for order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the offer, but merely informs you that we have received your order. We are free to decide whether or not to accept any order. We will notify you immediately if we decide not to fulfill an order.
SindioSPORT sells its articles only to end consumers and only in quantities that are customary in trade.

The information on this site is general in nature. The information is not adapted to personal or specific circumstances and cannot be considered as personal, professional or legal advice to the user.

2.1 Order and agreement

After registration, you can place an order in the online store. Within 24 hours maximum, you will receive a confirmation email and a summary of your order. After payment and receipt of your items, you, as a customer, have 14 days to return or exchange items through the online store or deposits (see “right of withdrawal”). Beyond this period, your purchase is considered final and you remain the owner of the items purchased.
We recommend that you contact us beforehand if you have any questions or doubts in order to avoid any misunderstanding and disappointment. We assume that the data you provided to us during registration and ordering are truthful. Indeed, any erroneous or incomplete information may compromise the rapid processing and delivery of the order. In addition, it is also your responsibility as a customer to keep your password confidential in order to prevent misuse.

2.2 Minimum order value

The minimum order value of the SindioSPORT online store is 20 euro VAT included.

2.3 Methods of payment

You can pay for your purchases made in the online store using several payment methods.
If you opt for payment by net banking (BNP Paribas Fortis, Dexia, ING and KBC) or by credit card (VISA and Mastercard), the amount is immediately deducted from your account and we can process your order immediately.

2.4 Security of online payments

All online payments are made through a secure transaction in collaboration with our partner Bancontact, Stripe or PayPal. Your payment details and credit card information will only be used for payment of the order and will never be communicated to third parties.

2.5 Display of prices

SindioSPORT undertakes to always display correct prices in the e-shop for the items offered for sale. In the exceptional case that incorrect prices are displayed by mistake, whether due to a technical problem or human error, the so-called “consumer good faith” criterion still applies.
The obligation of the seller to sell at the price indicated on his website, even if it is an error to his detriment, is weakened by the criterion of the good faith of the consumer, who must have reasonably believed that the price stated was correct. 3.1 Delivery methods

Orders placed in the online store can be delivered in different ways. During the ordering process, you have several options: either you pick up your order free of charge from a SindioSPORT depot of your choice, or you

us you have your items delivered to an existing postal address via Mondial Relay or post. It’s 100% free to an address in Belgium! For a delivery abroad, you pay a fixed cost (10.45 euros in the Netherlands; 11.45 euros in Luxembourg; 14.45 euros in France).
In addition, SindioSPORT delivers to vending machines: “Bpack 24/7” from bPost.
SindioSPORT is not responsible for any customs fees and other additional taxes, levies or fees that third parties may apply after shipment.

3.2 Methods of sending to a postal address

All packages from the SindioSPORT online store are delivered in the presence of a SindioSPORT representative sent by our postal partner. In general, an order is delivered within 5 working days after the order date.
A package cannot be delivered, for example, to the back of the house or to neighbours. If you are absent when the postman arrives with your package, he will leave a notice in your mailbox. Pick up your package, with this notice, within 14 days at the post office or post office indicated.
If you still haven’t picked up your package after 14 days, the post office will return your items to SindioSPORT’s head office. They will be carefully stored there until you contact us online or by telephone (0800/37.620). We will return your items free of charge to a SindioSPORT depot or for 5.95 EUR to an address of your choice in Belgium via Mondial Relay.

3.3 Delivery to a SindioSPORT depot

You can choose to pick up your package at a SindioSPORT depot. This delivery method is free. Our depots keep online store orders for 14 days. If you have not picked up your package after 14 days, the items will be returned to SindioSPORT.
If you still haven’t picked up your package after 14 days, the depot sends your items back to SindioSPORT’s head office. They will be carefully stored there until you contact us online or by telephone (0800 37 620). We will resend your items.

4.1 Right of renunciation

As a customer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the day of delivery of your items, without payment of a fine and without having to justify your decision. To exercise this right of renunciation, it is sufficient for you to inform SindioSPORT in writing or by e-mail. You can always use the model form from Volume VI of the Code of Economic Law.
We will refund the full amount of the returned items upon receipt of the returned package. Please note: returned items must meet certain conditions to give rise to a refund (see “Return conditions”).
Please note: nail polish and perfume cannot be returned or exchanged.

4.2 Return procedure

At SindioSPORT, we have also provided for the exchange of articles. You can exchange all or part of your order quickly, easily and for free*! As a customer, you have two options: either you choose to get a refund if you do not want to keep the items, or you decide to exchange them for another size or color.
Returned items must be sent back to us, preferably in their original packaging. When returning, always use the address sticker (“Return to sender”) that accompanies any package. Please always indicate the reason for the return and, in the case of an exchange, specify the size/color of the desired items. You provide us with this information either in the return form, online or by telephone (0800 37 620).
You can either return the returned items to us by post or drop them off at a SindioSPORT depot of your choice. In both cases, the return sticker must be affixed, preferably on the original packaging.
Please note: nail polish and perfume cannot be returned or exchanged.

4.3 Return conditions

Complete the return form and attach it to the items you wish to exchange in the original packaging. Return your package within 14 days to SindioSPORT. Be aware, however, that returned items have their sensitivities. Please take into account their demands:

Returned items are nostalgic – Be sure to post them back or return them to SindioSPORT within 14 days.
Returned items have style – They are immaculately clean and have never been worn.
Returned items are old school – They are never released without their original tags.
Returned items like their habits – They preferably travel in their original packaging.

If you meet all the conditions, you will be guaranteed a refund of the full amount of the returned items within 14 days of receipt of the returned items. Please note: nail polish and perfume cannot be returned or exchanged.

4.4 Damaged items and manufacturing defects

We always pack and ship our items with the utmost care to minimize the risk of damage during shipment. Before shipment, we carefully check all items to detect any manufacturing defects.
If an item is found to be damaged, however, you can return it to us free of charge and opt for a refund or an exchange. You must report any deterioration and manufacturing defects within seven working days of receiving the order.
